Let's start with the end of the concert: it was absolutely divine, the audience gave Keith Jarrett standing ovations and he played 4 encores. The 1st set was not so good since after the first tune (and twice more often) Mr. Jarrett stopped playing mid-tune, complained about the audience coughing, talked about education, behaviour and philosophy. He even went off-stage for a minute when an especially loud cough erupted from somewhere in the front-rows. (I took the libery of editing this out). After the break he seemed to have made his peace with the audience and didn't interrupt his playing any more (although occasional coughs could be heard even then), and the magic everyone had expected finally began to shine.

A note on the sound: I was taping this from 23rd row, so don't expect any miracles. :-) I did my best on adjusting the volume of the piano and the applause so that this can be played back on normal stereo equipment. Due to the fact that I had to boost up the volume quite a bit (Keith Jarrett played without any amplification) there is some hiss, especially in the quieter passages of the concert.
